Sunday Smoothies


Probably my most delicious breakfast smoothie yet! And as always, delightfully simple.

Two bananas, a half punnet of raspberries, 400ml unsweetened almond milk, and then a teaspoon of coconut manna.

All fruit was market bought, the almond milk by Alpro, and the coconut manna organic.


Smoothies continue to be one of the easiest, and most fool proof, ways to get fruit, vege and the good stuff into your body. I find it’s easier to disguise tastes of things you don’t normally like to eat — blending kale with orange juice, for example (a personal favourite). This breakfast smoothie in particular was incredibly thick and filling, and made about 700ml — definitely enough to keep me going!
