Kale Tuesdays

This is another wildly quick and simple one! Kale + orange juice + water, done.

I fill my little blender up with kale, right to the top, pour in the orange juice (I like it with pulp, and no added sugar) to around the ~350ml mark, and then top it up with some cold water (~100ml).


Love the frothy bit on the top! The amount of juice/smoothie shown in the glass is half of what was made. It separates pretty quickly, so it’s worth keeping it stirred, or if you’re drinking out of a bottle then give it a good shake every now and then! Super tasty and drinkable, a good way to get the good greens into the body if you’re not usually a vege fan.
